Well, the only rule is to stay mostly in canon, since I'm not fond of too much crack. But if the situation or meme calls for it, go ahead~ <3
The setting is a multicultural, multidimensional city, where all sorts of people and creatures can appear! It is the home of the Planeswalkers, the society that keeps the balance of universe. To arrive here, you must become a Planeswalker, and abandon all your bonds and connections to your previous world.
You may choose to ignore the setting if you wish, but it's there in case you need ideas for a post! And if you need elaboration on the setting, ask me,count_2_three!
