Sorting out this ping isn't as easy as the last one, but still much better than most of what he was getting earlier; he can at least sort out that it's asking something about the city, even if the exact request doesn't line up to anything he can understand. The other is just another jumble of meaningless data, but at least it seems to be getting closer to coherent communication--
